There is no such thing as a 2004 Angel LCD.
The last model year for LCDs was 2003. There was a LE WDP model and a Warped Sportz Dark model made.
They are solid guns, especially when fitted with aftermarket eyes/board.
Anything you would want to know can be found on angelowners.com or the APS section of PBN.

In general terms here how they were introduced
Angel v6 (Pre-production prototype)
Angel (Known today as the "Angel LED" to differentiate it from the subsequent Angel models which use an LCD programming interface)
Angel LCD
Angel IR3
Angel Speed (Introduced the low pressure, or "LP" platform. First angel since LED to have a non LCD readout)
Angel 4
Angel 4 Fly (first model to have break-beam anti-chop eyes)
Angel Speed 2005 (first model to use 9v batteries)
Angel G7
Angel G7 Fly (barrel threading change to smaller threads and shaft. also a new key turn style roto breach instead of the old pull and turn style)
Angel Speed 2006 / GAT *private label version with different milling*
Angel One (barrel threading changes again, G7 Fly threads are still compatible, also first Angel to use a OLED display)
Angel One Fly (Carbon Fibre barrel tip, Fly Paper, Standard threaded Vertical Regulator adapter.)
To be kinda tekki lcd screens were used in the a4's & g7.
Clip from g7 owners manual
"• Ensure the ANGEL is switched ON. See SWITCHING ON YOUR ANGEL
- Page 3.
• Press the top button on the rear of the grip frame for 1 second until the
LED on the rear of the frame turns Red and the LCD displays ‘SAFE’."
So in some ways you could have an 04 with a lcd screen..
Enjoy your new Angel

you sir know your angels!! I didn't even realize they had different barrel types .. I stopped using them after putting WAS/Eyes in my angel speed
props to anyone with a classic lcd w/ single trigger frame and eyes.

I've been out of paintball for 5 years and just recently got the itch. I purchased a Angel fly, dont know what year it is. The last Angel I had was a Dark Angel and a cobra Angel in 03. Anyways what are these "eyes" you speak of. I have been out of the loop.

breakbeam eyes, such as aftermarket custom jobs. Warped Sportz did it for awhile, among other companies
Having eyes is like a standard in paintball now, keeps you from chopping paintballs
