I had an angel years ago and just picked one up again. do I use low or high flow/pressure?

Most angels- A4, G7, A1 are run on a LP output tanks 450-500 psi output.
However some of the old school angels run on HP- LED, LCD, IR3.
So odds are you'll be looking for a low pressure tank.

On the odd chance that it has a CP reg adapter and a different regulator it could run on any input. That said, you can technically run an angel on any input pressure into the on-gun reg, but the stock angel reg will give you terrible results with an input higher than 500 psi.
