D4/D3 Event #1 Schedule

Bracket and schedules are UP on the APPA (click on your respective team name to see your bracket).

Prelims are MIXED play. IE each D4 team will also play 2 D3 teams.

Schedule is as follows and subject to game flow:

0730am: Field opens. Teams may walk field. Check-in begins.
0845am: Check-in closes, captains meeting for both D4 and D3.
0900am: D4/D3 Prelims begin play
1100am: Prelims end.
1130am: D4 quarter finals begin play
1200pm: D3 semi finals begin play
1230pm: D4 sem finals begin play
0100pm: D4/D3 finals
0200pm: Awards ceremony

Scoring: Prelims are round robin play, score based:
--Eliminations = 9pts (possible 36)
--Live players = 1 pt (possible 4)
--Flag pull = 10 pts (possible 10)
--Flag hang = 50 pts (possible 50)

Play-offs:

D4--Top 6 D4 scores move on, Top 2 D4 scores receive a BYE through quarter-finals. 6th place D4 prelim score will play 3rd place D4 prelim score best of 3. 5th place D4 prelim score will play 4th place D4 prelim score. Winners move on and face top 2 scores from prelims for semi-finals.

D3--Top 3 D3 scores move on, Top 1 D3 score receives a BYE through semi finals. 3rd place D3 prelim score will play 2nd place D3 prelim score best of 3. Winner moves on and faces top D3 prelim score for finale.

Thanks for putting on a great event, we're going to try to field a D3 team as well for the next one
