The reffing is by xphere where the tourney will be held at on saturday/sunday
the second part you can find on the website of the MNXPL www.mnxpl.com an yes its a two day event the finals are held on sunday.

It's very likely that this is going to be a 1 day event. I called and asked about it yesterday.

well since theres not that many teams thats prob why cause time wouldnt be that much of an issue because they based the guesstament off 13 teams i think.
